We stayed at a corner king suit. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. However, the hotel is more like an apartment hotel which is outdated, old and dark. Also, compared with numerous hotels we have stayed at, majority of the staff were unhelpful. We asked for extra blanket and they couldn’t provide it to us as there was no room service at night!
We had breakfast included in our room. The first day we missed breakfast as we got there at 10:30 am. So we sat there and asked for cappuccino only. We received to go cups with $11 bill!! We thought a hotel would have provided that in proper cups and perhaps at no charge.

"The pool was a little cold but it’s in a beautiful, huge atrium that was open until 9pm. Both desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and cute. Furniture in good repair.
